Jeff is a Process Engineer and Director of Water for Garver in Texas. Jeff started in the industry working in Operations and then moved into engineering consulting. Since 2009, Jeff has been responsible for the Texas Water Operations Challenge Competition and is currently serving as the chair of the National Competition at WEFTEC every year. Jeff believes that the Operations Challenge is more than just a skills competition – it’s a workforce development tool for our industry.
