A panel discussion with representatives from three different system operators who will share their experiences and lessons learned from dealing with the February ice storm. This will allow an interactive opportunity for the audience to ask questions and hear firsthand some of the horrors and some of the successes others have to offer.

Tim has been with the City of Fort Worth for 30 years.
Patrick Donovan
Sr. Program Manager
Mr. Donovan is the Sr. Program Manager of the Pumping Division for the City of Dallas Water Utilities. He has a B Water Distribution License from the TCEQ. He has over 24 years of experience in the water industry. Currently, he oversees the operations and maintenance of 28 pump stations with a capacity of 800MGD serving the City of Dallas and 23 wholesale customers.
Jeff Haby
Vice President – Production and Treatment
Jeff has been at San Antonio Water System (SAWS) since 1997, serving in positions in both Engineering and Operations. He is presently serving as the Vice President of Production & Treatment. In this position Jeff is responsible for management of; the Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Reduction Program, water production facilities and wastewater treatment facilities.
Prior to joining SAWS, Jeff worked in the engineering consulting business in Kansas City and San Antonio.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering, Jeff is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Missouri. He holds an "A" Water Operator license in Texas.
