Co-Keynote Speakers
Pat Sinicropi, Executive Director of WateReuse Association, will provide a co-keynote discussion on the future of water reuse, Texas' role as a reuse pioneer, and the EPA's upcoming Water Reuse Action Plan. As Executive Director of WRA, Ms. Sinicropi works closely with regulators and lawmakers to help advance and advocate for water reuse.
Mayor Jim Darling of McAllen will localize the co-keynote discussion and provide comments on McAllen and RGV reuse projects and vision.
