The WEAT/TAWWA Mentoring Program is open to all students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the water industry throughout Texas.
Mentees can be young professionals, students, or professionals new to the water industry seeking a support system for success and an accelerant for professional development. Mentors are generally experienced professionals with 10 or more years of experience.
The program lasts about 1 year. There are no requirements for the amount of time dedicated to the program, but the Mentoring Committee will provide suggested discussion topics throughout the year. We encourage meeting with your mentor/mentee about once a month or every other month.
