It will provide a brief history of the TPDES program, insights into the application process, effluent limit calculations and screening procedures, what to look for when reviewing/negotiating your facility’s TPDES permit, and insight into the TCEQ’s TPDES program. The discussion will cover many different aspects of the TPDES permitting program from regulatory history to compliance issues and hints for negotiating the terms and conditions of a final TPDES permit.
