The panel will review the implementation of key clean water and water legislation passed in the 88th Regular Legislative Session, including SB 28 (the Texas Water Fund), SB 1289 (onsite blackwater reuse) and HB 1845/SB 650 (the provisional water/wastewater licensing bill) and how these impact water entities and operators day-to-day tasks. The panel will then walk through water legislation filed in the 89th and discuss possible outcomes and impacts.
