Course Description

The workshop will provide attendees with information on the availability and use of operator focused process modeling software and simulators. The use of models for supporting knowledge management, operator training, troubleshooting, process optimization, etc. will be reviewed. Attendees will learn about practical applications of “flight simulator” type platforms using case studies & hands-on sessions profiling actual implementations of these tools in utilities, colleges & training centers and the WEF Operations Challenge event.
